Early Childhood Leadership Commission 10-Year Strategic Plan

The ECLC 10-Year Strategic Plan was created in 2023 to reflect the recent changes in Colorado’s Early Childhood system and guide the Commission’s work in the coming years. The plan includes the guiding principles, strategies, levers for change, and desired outcomes that the Commission will use to support the state in achieving its shared vision that all children are valued, healthy, and thriving.
