The Home Visiting Investment Task Force was approved by the ECLC on April 23, 2020 to develop a strategy to scale a continuum of home visiting services in Colorado and guide the release of the future funding solicitations from the Office of Early Childhood, including Federal MIECHV funding. The strategy will support planning for state budget requests, the solicitation of new federal funding opportunities, and alignment with philanthropic funding for home visiting.

The Home Visiting Investment Task Force is excited to share the final Home Visiting Investment Plan! This report captures data around coverage of services and current investment in home visiting, feedback from families expressing their needs and their hopes for their children, what was learned over the six months we met, and the recommendations we developed together.
