Compensation and Benefits Working Group

The Compensation and Benefits Working Group will make recommendations on implementation and strategies to advance long-term, sustained increases to the salaries and benefits of early childhood professionals. The Working Group will support the Colorado Department of Early Childhood’s Compensation Innovation Grant to transform compensation to recruit and retain a highly qualified, diverse workforce and equitably compensate early childhood professionals for their skilled and impactful work. The Working Group will focus on early educators in all settings while also exploring opportunities for pathways among a variety of early childhood professions.
