Early Learning and Development Guidelines Refresh Advisory Group

The Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines (ELDGs) outline the developmental progression from birth through age eight and provide practical strategies for families, caregivers, and early childhood professionals.

The Working Group is charged as an advisory group for the ELDG Refresh in order to align the ELDGs with current research, and the Colorado Academic Standards, while keeping the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework (HSELOF) as an anchor. Members will be expected to provide expertise in areas of early learning, health, family engagement, inclusion, and cultural and linguistic diversity to drive a comprehensive approach to the refresh.
