Recruitment, Retention and Pathways Working Group
The Recruitment, Retention and Pathways Working Group will make recommendations on implementation and strategies to build a highly qualified early childhood workforce by attracting talented individuals who reflect the diversity of the state’s communities and providing opportunities for professionals to learn, grow and advance in their careers. The Working Group will support the Colorado Department of Early Childhood’s Compensation Innovation Grant to transform compensation to recruit and retain a highly qualified, diverse workforce and equitably compensate early childhood professionals for their skilled and impactful work. The Working Group will focus on early educators in all settings while also exploring opportunities for pathways among a variety of early childhood professions.
